User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Billing and Credits

• Paid plans, subscriptions, and credit packs are billed through Stripe or other disclosed payment processors.
• Credits may be consumed based on the workflow, model path, or feature you use.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable after processing.
• You are responsible for keeping your billing details accurate and current.

Intellectual Property

Our website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain all rights to content you submit, upload, or generate through our services. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the Service.

AI Output and Responsibility

• You are responsible for reviewing generated output before publishing or using it commercially.
• You must not use the Service to create unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, abusive, or harmful content.
• If your workflow requires legal clearance, model releases, or brand approval, you are responsible for obtaining them before distribution.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or networks
• Use our services to distribute malware or other harmful code
• Reverse engineer, abuse, or overload provider integrations or platform APIs
• Upload content you do not have rights to use

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

How are credits delivered on an annual plan?

Billed annually. Credits are issued monthly and expire at the end of each monthly period. Unused credits do not roll over.

Annual payments made before this change keep their original credit grant and expiry terms for that paid year. New annual purchases and renewals use monthly installments.

Facturation annuelle. Les crédits sont attribués chaque mois et expirent à la fin de la période mensuelle. Les crédits inutilisés ne sont pas reportés.

Les paiements annuels antérieurs à ce changement conservent leurs conditions initiales d’attribution et d’expiration pour l’année payée. Les nouveaux achats annuels et renouvellements passent à une attribution mensuelle.

Facturación anual. Los créditos se entregan cada mes y caducan al finalizar cada período mensual. Los créditos no utilizados no se acumulan.

Los pagos anuales anteriores a este cambio conservan las condiciones originales de entrega y caducidad durante el año pagado. Las nuevas compras anuales y renovaciones reciben créditos mensualmente.

Cobrança anual. Os créditos são liberados mensalmente e expiram ao fim de cada período mensal. Créditos não utilizados não são acumulados.

Os pagamentos anuais anteriores a esta mudança mantêm as condições originais de liberação e validade durante o ano pago. Novas compras anuais e renovações recebem créditos mensalmente.

Годовая оплата. Кредиты начисляются ежемесячно и сгорают в конце каждого месячного периода. Неиспользованные кредиты не переносятся.

Ранее оплаченные годовые периоды сохраняют исходное начисление и срок действия кредитов. Новые годовые покупки и продления предусматривают ежемесячное начисление.

연간 요금은 한 번에 결제됩니다. 크레딧은 매월 지급되며 해당 월의 이용 기간이 끝나면 만료됩니다. 사용하지 않은 크레딧은 이월되지 않습니다.

변경 전에 결제한 연간 이용 기간에는 기존 크레딧 지급 방식과 만료일이 유지됩니다. 새 연간 구매 및 갱신에는 월별 지급이 적용됩니다.

Jährliche Abrechnung. Guthaben wird monatlich zugeteilt und verfällt am Ende des jeweiligen Monatszeitraums. Ungenutztes Guthaben wird nicht übertragen.

Jahreszahlungen vor dieser Änderung behalten für das bezahlte Jahr ihre ursprünglichen Zuteilungs- und Verfallsbedingungen. Für neue Jahreskäufe und Verlängerungen gilt die monatliche Zuteilung.
